A representative of the team will contact you before the experience to personalize the menu based on your taste, dietary needs, or vegetarian preferences. If you are traveling as a group, the menu will be arranged so you can share and taste different Georgian dishes, making the experience richer and more authentic. Some of the most popular options include: Khinkali – Juicy Georgian dumplings filled with flavorful meat or vegetarian fillings, traditionally eaten by hand Khachapuri – Famous Georgian cheese-filled bread, warm, comforting, and iconic Lobio – Traditional slow-cooked bean dish served with herbs and spices Shkmeruli – Tender chicken in a rich garlic sauce Elarji - dish from the Samegrelo region, a rich and stretchy porridge made from coarse cornmeal, corn flour, and generous amounts of melting Sulguni cheese, served hot for its comforting, elastic texture and savory flavor, often with walnut sauce. All dishes can be adapted to vegetarian versions if desired. Enjoy live Georgian music and traditional national dances in a warm, festive atmosphere filled with local spirit.
